One day, Andy decides to go camping, leaving his toys behind. However, Woody is kidnapped by Al McWhiggen, the owner of the toy store "Al's Toy Barn," and gets into a big trouble! Buzz and the other toys bravely venture into the outside world to find Woody. Meanwhile, Woody, who was sent to the Japanese Toy Museum along with Jesse, the super premium cowgirl doll, and Bullseye, the horse, begins to feel conflicted after learning a certain truth from Jesse.
